Mark started his career in the futures markets in 1992 as a runner in the Livestock quadrant, quickly transitioning to the Interest Rate options market. Mark has worked for various firms with most notably being Cantor Fitzgerald, Cube Financial and Newedge Financial. Mark has always maintained a strong command of option pricing models and utilized these skills to manage the U.S. based option teams at both Cube Financial and Newedge. Mark attended Loyola University of Chicago.

Mark is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Advertising and minor in Business. Mark began his career in 1992 in the Grain room at The Chicago Board of Trade as a runner. Mark moved over to the Eurodollar quadrant with an execution group as an arb clerk and client specialist. After 3 years Mark moved over to the sales side and his career skills were enhanced at various firms which included Rand Financial, Gelber, ING, Cube Financial, Newedge and Chicago Capital Markets. Mark brings 24+ years of market experience.

Sean is a 2008 graduate of St. Xavier University with a degree in Finance. After graduation he worked as an accountant in the banking industry before coming to the CME floor in 2011. Sean began his career as a runner in the Interest Rate quadrant and quickly transitioned into arbitrage clerk. In 2013 he joined Fast Market Options as an Account Executive.

John joined the FMO team in the spring of 2016 in Treasury options and now has moved to Eurodollar options. His financial market experience started in 1997 at the CME as a runner in the Livestock Quadrant. His journey would lead to the CBOT in January of ’99 to work in a local trading group in Treasury options. In the spring of 2000 he joined a 10 year futures brokerage group and stayed with them until the end of year 2008.

Casey has been working at the Exchange since 1993 involved with Eurodollar Options a year later. He obtained his CME membership in 2004 and has been an execution specialist since 2005. He joined Fast Market Options in July of 2014 and has been an integral part of the team.

Christian is a lifelong Chicagoan and attended DePaul University receiving a bachelor’s degree in Finance. During his Sophomore year of University, he was hired as a trading assistant at the Chicago Board of Trade and began working full time while completing his degree at night. After a year in the business, Christian was made a market maker in the US Treasury options and traded a variety of products. After spending the better part of a decade as a trader (both in the pits and on the screen), Christian brought his industry expertise to Fast Market Options and has been an executing broker since early 2015.

Andrew Schwieters (AJS), began his career in 1994 when he started working on the CBOT trading floor for Prudential Securities. He quickly acclimated to the trading floor environment and moved to the CME Eurodollar quadrant. In 2001, Mr. Schwieters became a CME IMM exchange member and started an independent execution group focused in Eurodollar back-months spread trading. This group grew to enjoy market leading volumes. In 2011, he changed his focus to Eurodollar Options, where he has worked as a broker covering active institutional clients. He joined FMO as an execution specialist in January 2023

Lindsey Kenny, known as LNZE in finance, began her career in 2003 as a clerk in the Eurocurrency option pit. With unwavering dedication, she climbed the ranks, earning a coveted badge in 2008. In 2019, she transitioned to executing options, solidifying her status as a luminary in finance. Lindsey's journey show cases her tenacity and expertise, from a clerk to an options execution specialist, epitomizing excellence in the competitive world of finance.

Ian graduated from University of Illinois with degrees in Finance & Accounting in 2012. He has worked on the trading floor in various roles since 2010 in addition to working at Bank of America in the derivatives division, and a boutique hedge fund/mutual fund for several years. His primary focus is volatility trading in the STIR markets.

Kevin started work at the Chicago Board of Trade in 1992 as a clerk in the Ten Year Options pit. After getting a Master’s degree in Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology he went to work for Goldman Sachs as a trader. After three years at Goldman, he became a local trading in the Ten Year options pit where he remained for three years until accepting a position at Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC Partners as an executing broker, In early 2019 Kevin joined the Fast Market Options team in an inaugural position at the newly established sales office in Chicago.

I Studied Marketing and Economics at University of Illinois. My First job in the Markets was as a retail phone clerk for the world famous Rick Santelli at Rand Financial. In 1996 I took a job with a basis trading group at Cantor Fitzgerald and, from there I became a yield curve broker and then ran the Note options desk For Cantor Fitzgerald. In 2010 I became a partner at BGC Partners where my focus was Treasury and Eurodollar Options. I joined FMO in March of 2019 and my focus is Eurodollar Options brokerage and execution.

With over 20 years of experience as a broker in the treasury option pits, Tom specialized in handling and managing accounts for a variety of banks and funds. Tom's role involved executing complex trading strategies and managing risk in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Throughout Tom's career, he developed strong relationships with institutional clients, honed his skills in financial markets, and navigated the challenges of fluctuating market conditions with precision and expertise.

Marcus joined the Fast Market Options team in the summer of 2019 as an intern while pursuing a degree in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University. Marcus has worked on our processing team as a runner and trade checker before transitioning to clerking in the 10-year Treasury trading pit. Marcus now works as a member of our Rosemont execution team where he has been extending his knowledge and passion for the markets. He enjoys the high energy and relationship building aspect of working in the industry.

Peter joined FMO at the beginning of 2022, starting on our processing desk at the CBOT. He studied at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, with a background in Health Studies and Finance. He now works on the execution desk in Rosement providing clients with market analysis, trade strategies and order execution. Peter enjoys the detail oriented and fast paced environment of working in the markets, along with relationship building with colleagues and clients across the world.

Trent went to Loyola University Chicago and graduated with a bachelor's in Biochemistry in 2021, minored in Biostatistics. His interest in statistics and love for numbers is what initially drew him into working in the financial sector. Trent joined Fast Market Options in 2022 as his first step into the finance industry, where he aims to learn much and be a reliable member of the team.

With a career spanning over three decades, I started in 1985 as a runner in the bond options pit at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). In 1989, I bought my CBOT membership and became a filling broker, executing trades and managing orders. After pursuing a law degree, I returned to the financial industry as a filling broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) in 2005, specializing in Eurodollar Options. In December of 2022, I joined FMO, where I continue to leverage my extensive experience and knowledge of the financial markets to provide exceptional service to clients.

Maureen brings extensive knowledge of the middle-office operations to FMO. She started her career at Hull Trading, moving on to Goldman Sachs and Spear, Leads, Kellogg as middle-office operations Manager. She was responsible for option position management, accounting management as well as liaising with the Portfolio Managers. Maureen has been involved with the markets since 1999. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from DePaul University Chicago.

Kyle is a graduate from Augustana College majoring in Finance and Accounting. He has always been drawn into the competitive, fast-paced world of options trading. He has interned for FMO in the previous two years, developing his knowledge on options. Kyle joined the Fast Market Options team full-time in 2023 where he recently passed his Series 7 exam becoming a registered representative shortly after. He aims to further his knowledge on options trading while helping the business expand into the CBOE trading floor.

Ben joined the FMO team in November 2023, after completing internships at several leading Eurodollar options brokerage firms, including FMO itself. He is presently wrapping up his Associate’s degree and aims to further his education with a Bachelor's in Finance. In his role at the trading floor operations desk, Ben actively processes trades and provides critical support to our executing brokers, immersing himself in the vibrant and fast-paced world of capital markets through the open outcry pit environment. His hands-on experience and growing expertise continue to add to our FMO Operations Team and his professional growth.

Jack graduated with Magna Cum Laude from Miami University of Ohio in 2024, majoring in Finance with a minor in Computer Science. During his time at Miami, Jack was a part of the student managed investment fund, in addition to holding an executive position in the Miami University Asset Management Club. After the conclusion of his academic career, he then joined FMO’s execution team in Rosemont where he specializes in 3-month SOFR analysis and implementing programs to optimize workflow.

Patrick Farmer became part of the FMO team at the start of 2024, marking his entry as the youngest member of our group. Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Patrick combines his studies with a full-time position at the CME Group. With a keen interest in the economy and markets, he is driven by a passion to continue his father's legacy on the trading floor. This role at FMO represents his initial foray into the financial sector, where he is enthusiastic about making a significant impact.

Conor joined the FMO team in April 2024, after spending time going to Harper College for crisis management. New to the field of finance, Conor joins the trade processing team with spirited drive. With a love for learning all he can about the options and futures market, Conor is dedicated to becoming a cornerstone on the trading floor operations desk.
